About Tiara "Tee" Fizer

Tiara Fizer is a sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin with experience in the Journalism field. Her varied career included Newspaper publications and yearbooks during her middle school and high school career . She also has spent time acquiring experience in business and being around passionate and purposeful people who bring purpose and productivity to the equation. Tiara did an 8-week internship with JP Morgan Chase Corporations in Dallas, TX from June 14 to August 8, 2010 and learned the works beyond just the bank settings. 

For almost 5 years Tiara career has been guided by multiple journalism teachers, professional writers from the Dallas morning news, and news sites online (e.g. NYT). Tiara has developed an exceptional background in people, writing and a professional style based on excellent inter-personal communications and an ability to make the best possible use of her personal network. She also has had exposure to various business cultures and widely divergent professionals ensures her comfort level in working for a wide variety of organizations.

Tiara is currently working on her Bachelors in Journalism and minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin and will graduate May, 2015. She plans to be an editor in chief for a big time magazine as well as open up her own magazine publication soon. 

Tiara has always been an athlete since middle school and her hobbies include basketball, volleyball, hanging with her family and friends.
